.DISCUSSION...Skies will start off cloudy at the spot site this
morning. Low clouds and patchy ground fog are expected to mix out
later this morning with partly cloudy skies expected by early
afternoon. High pressure over the region will keep things dry
through Saturday, but a cold front will move in Saturday
afternoon/evening bringing our next chance of storms.
Sunday through the end of next week looks dry with well below
normal temperatures and dew points. Should see good mixing and
dispersion next week.
