.DISCUSSION...Another day of increasingly milder temperatures and very
dry air. Forecast high temps are expected to surge into the low and mid
70s this afternoon, with another likely dry air mix down day with crashing
RH values. This afternoon`s dispersion values will be better than yesterday
given stronger transport winds, and expect that surface winds could even
see sustained values 8 to 13 mph, with a few gusts in the 15 to 20 mph
range in the afternoon.
