.DISCUSSION...Today, a mix of sun and clouds is expected across the area,
with RH values once again varying from southwest to northeast. Where humidity
values are higher, there is a chance for showers and thunderstorms late this
morning through the afternoon, though not all will see rain. Temperatures are
expected to warm into the upper 70s and low 80s this afternoon. Tonight, a
cold front will push through the area from NE to SW, bringing drier air for
most of the rest of the week. Better mixing and lower RHs are expected on
Tuesday, in addition to unseasonably strong NE winds around 10-15 mph. Dry air
should continue into Wednesday, with winds becoming lighter. Temperatures should
be fairly consistent Tuesday into Wednesday, with highs in the mid-to-upper 70s
and lows in the 50s in most areas.
