.DISCUSSION...An upper level disturbance will move across the
northern portions of the region this afternoon. With a high cloud
deck moving across the region, we may see some rain fall from this
high cloud deck, but low-level dry air will likely keep it from
reaching the ground. Temperatures will be warmer today with highs
ranging from the lower 40s to the upper 40s. Winds will be gusty
this afternoon with sustained speeds of 10-15 mph and gusts of
25-30 mph at times.
