.DISCUSSION...A hotter and mostly dry day in store as temperatures climb
into the upper 80s and low 90s. A few light showers may develop from late
morning through the daylight hours, however most locations will stay dry.
A steady SSW wind develops today, and combined with deep vertical mixing
should yield Good dispersion values. The next chance for widespread rain
arrives later Wednesday night through Thursday.
