.DISCUSSION...Morning showers and storms will eventually move
east and out of the area. RH values only reach a minimum of
the mid 60s to mid 70s across all areas. Transport winds will
remain light and initially from the SW to shifting out of the
north by the afternoon hours Thursday. Mixing heights will
remain low in the low 3 kft range this afternoon. With
marginal to poor dispersion rates today, generally poor to
fair conditions for burning will be present today.
