.DISCUSSION...Another round of frost is likely in many areas this
morning. Otherwise, dry and sunny today with afternoon highs in
the mid to upper 60s. At least modest dry air mixdown will likely
drop afternoon relative humidity into the 30s. Winds will be
fairly light from the east with sfc high pressure centered off to
the northeast over the Upper Ohio Valley.
