.DISCUSSION...Another prolonged period of dry and above normal temperatures
is expected through the week and into the weekend. Despite the wet weather
from last week, drying conditions will return elevating the fire weather
threat. Mixing in the afternoon will increase winds slightly to 5-15 mph
and some gusts of 15-20 mph. Dewpoints in the mid/upper 50s will result in
minimum RH values ranging between 30-40 percent.
