.DISCUSSION...Dry weather will persist today with near normal temperatures
in the mid to upper 80s. There could be an early evening shower or storm
down near the Lake Cumberland region, but otherwise high pressure will be
in control through mid week. Look for a steady ENE wind today which should
yield decent transport winds in the presence of favorable mixing heights.
Overall dispersion will be Good due to these factors.
