.DISCUSSION... High pressure over the region will keep winds light
and variable at the surface today. Ample mixing up to 6-7kft will
set up in the afternoon today. Clouds will increase in coverage as
showers and storms pass to the southwest. Some showers may brush
southern Kentucky, however these should be light and brief, given
ample dry air near the surface. Next week, a messy pattern will
set up bringing showers and some storms through most of the week.
