FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON Lake Michigan.

Waves are provided as a range of significant wave heights, which
is the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave, along with the
average height of the highest 10% of the waves which will
occasionally be encountered.

.SYNOPSIS...

Light south to southeast winds are expected as weak high pressure
around 30.0 inches over Lake Michigan will move east today. Winds
will increase slightly tonight through Sunday as high pressure
exits and low pressure around 29.6 inches moves east from
Saskatchewan. As this low moves through the northern Great Lakes
Region Monday, a cold front will move east across the lake with
winds shifting to the west. Showers and some thunderstorms may
accompany the frontal passage. The west winds should linger into
the middle of next week.
