FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON Lake Michigan.

Waves are provided as a range of significant wave heights, which
is the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave, along with the
average height of the highest 10% of the waves which will
occasionally be encountered.

.SYNOPSIS...

High pressure around 30.5 inches over the eastern Upper Peninsula
of Michigan will shift eastward overnight into Thursday, becoming
centered over New York by Thursday evening. East winds overnight
will veer south to southeast by late Thursday morning, as the
high shifts eastward.

Southwest winds will then increase Thursday night into Friday,
ahead of an approaching low around 29.8 inches and an associated
cold front. Wind gusts up to 30 knots will be possible through
this period. North to northeast winds will return Saturday, as the
low moves into southern Michigan.
