Waves are provided as a range of significant wave heights, which is the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave, along with the average height of the highest 10% of the waves which will occasionally be encountered. .SYNOPSIS... Modest west to southwest winds will prevail tonight into Sunday morning then becoming breezy south to southwest winds for Sunday night and Monday. The breezy southerly winds will occur as strong low pressure tracks from northern Manitoba to northern Quebec. A cold front will then shift the winds to northwesterly for late Monday night and Tuesday. Another area of low pressure, averaging 29.6 inches, passes through the region on Wednesday. Southerly winds can be expected just ahead of this feature, before winds turn northwesterly as it passes.
