FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON Lake Michigan.

Waves are provided as a range of significant wave heights, which
is the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave, along with the
average height of the highest 10% of the waves which will
occasionally be encountered.

.SYNOPSIS...

Modest to breezy southerly winds will prevail into Thursday then
lighter into Friday as high pressure around 30.1 inches remains
to the southeast of the Great Lakes, while troughs of low pressure
around 29.2 inches continue over Canada into the northern Great
Plains. Scattered thunderstorms are forecast across the northern
half tonight through Wednesday night, and across the southern two
thirds Thursday into Friday, and across the whole lake Friday into
Saturday as a cold front shifts winds to northerly. Patchy marine
fog will be possible at times, primarily over the northern half of
the lake, as a warm moist air mass moves over the lake.

subsiding to 3 to 5 ft.
.WEDNESDAY...Southwest winds 10 to 20 kt becoming south 15 to
25 kt. Patchy fog in the morning. Slight chance of thunderstorms
with isolated showers in the morning, then scattered showers and
slight chance of thunderstorms in the afternoon. Waves 2 to 4 ft
building to 3 to 5 ft.
