* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 10
  and 20 inches. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph will produce
  blowing and drifting snow.

* WHERE...Ruby Mountains and East Humboldt Range in Elko County.

* WHEN...From 10 AM Thursday to 6 PM PST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The
  hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday evening and Friday
  morning commutes. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
