...GUSTY SHOWERS WILL IMPACT EASTERN ELKO AND CENTRAL EUREKA COUNTIES
THROUGH 415 AM PST...

At 309 AM PST, Doppler radar was tracking gusty showers along a line
extending from 8 miles west of Gibbs Ranch to near Pine Valley.
Movement was northeast at 50 mph. Snow levels will fall rapidly.
Summits and high roadways could see slushy and slick roads in a
short amount of time.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Elko, Wells, Jackpot, Jiggs, Pequop Summit, Gibbs Ranch, South Fork,
Ruby Valley, Pine Valley, Oasis, Lee, Contact, Lamoille, Deeth,
Clover Valley, Ryndon, Spring Creek, Moor Summit, Secret Pass, and Hd
Summit.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
