...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN LANDER...WEST
CENTRAL ELKO AND NORTHWESTERN EUREKA COUNTIES THROUGH 100 PM PDT...

At 1223 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles west of Beowawe, moving northeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
North Area Mine, Emigrant Pass, Dunphy, Mule Canyon Reclamation
Project, Beowawe, Carlin, and South Area Mine.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
