Winds have subsided below critical levels in most areas, though
some higher elevations and eastern slopes of mountains remain
breezy late this evening, especially in Northern Elko County.
Relative humidities across Northern Elko County have risen above
25% already this evening, with recoveries of 50% or higher
overnight.

The Red Flag Warnings are being allowed to expire at 11 PM PDT
this evening.
