...A RED FLAG WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 11 AM THIS MORNING
UNTIL 10 PM PDT THIS EVENING FOR LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES AND
GUSTY WINDS FOR FIRE WEATHER ZONES 427, 438, AND 469...

* AFFECTED AREA...Fire weather zones 427, 438, and 469.

* WIND...Sustained south to southwest winds 15 to 20 mph, with
  gusts near 30 mph.

* HUMIDITY...Minimum relative humidity values as low as 6
  percent.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
  Outdoor burning is not recommended.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now, or will shortly. A combination of
strong winds, low relative humidity values, and warm temperatures
can contribute to extreme fire behavior.
