.DISCUSSION...Strong southwesterly flow across fire weather zones
425, 426, and 427 Thursday afternoon are expected as a large weather
system encroaches on the region. Sustained winds of 22-25 mph with
gusts to near 35 mph are forecast. While this is not quite Wind
Advisory criteria conditions will be quite breezy and blowing dusts
is anticipated Thursday afternoon. Fire weather conditions are not
anticipated due to RH values above criteria and fuels no longer being
cured.
