.DISCUSSION...Period of unsettled weather begins today as a plume
of subtropical moisture streams into the western U.S. Valley rain
and mountain snow will be present with the greatest precipitaton
accumulations situated across northern Nevada. Impacts from snow
will be limited to higher elevations and passes as snow levels
reside near or above 6500 feet. Breezes will also be present.
