At 331 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Convent, or 9 miles east of Donaldsonville, moving northeast at 10
mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Gonzales, Donaldsonville, Gramercy, Lutcher, Sorrento, South
Vacherie, Convent, North Vacherie, Garyville, and Chackbay.
This includes Interstate 10 in Louisiana between mile markers 177 and
197.
