...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT PORTIONS OF SOUTHWESTERN ST.
CHARLES AND NORTH CENTRAL LAFOURCHE PARISHES THROUGH 115 PM CDT
...

At 1232 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Des Allemands, or 13 miles southwest of Hahnville, moving southwest
at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Lockport, Mathews, Bayou Gauche, Paradis, Des Allemands, and
Raceland.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
