...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHWESTERN ST. JOHN THE
BAPTIST PARISH UNTIL 430 PM CDT...

At 345 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Des Allemands, or 10 miles southwest of Hahnville, moving north at 5
mph.

HAZARD...Landspouts and wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Gusty winds
         could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured
         objects.

Locations impacted include...
  Des Allemands, Paradis, Bayou Gauche, Raceland, Mathews and Boutte.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening
weather conditions.
