Coastal waters from the Southwest Pass of the Mississippi River to Port Fourchon Louisiana out 20 NM... * Until 200 PM CDT. * At 1253 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing waterspouts was located 18 nm east of Southwest Pass Of the Mississippi River, moving east at 40 knots.
