The small craft advisory has been allowed to expire due to winds falling below critieria levels. Winds will remain elevated between 15 and 20 knots for the next few hours before further decreasing to around 10 knots by late this afternoon. Small craft are advised to exercise caution due to choppy seas from these elevated winds. $$
