* WHAT...East winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt and seas of
  2 to 4 ft in protected waters and 6 to 9 ft in open waters
  expected.

* WHERE...Open Gulf waters near and west of Southwest Pass
  including Terrebonne Bay.

* WHEN...Until 1 AM CDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.
