Mississippi River out 20 nm...
Coastal Waters from Port Fourchon LA to Lower Atchafalaya River LA
out 20 nm...
Coastal waters from Port Fourchon Louisiana to Lower Atchafalaya
River LA from 20 to 60 NM...
Coastal waters from Southwest Pass of the Mississippi River to Port
Fourchon Louisiana from 20 to 60 NM...
Coastal waters from the Southwest Pass of the Mississippi River to
Port Fourchon Louisiana out 20 NM...

At 353 AM CST, severe thunderstorms capable of producing waterspouts
were located along a line extending from 17 nm northwest of Southwest
Pass Of the Mississippi River to 7 nm southeast of Louisiana Offshore
Oil Port, moving east at 55 knots.

HAZARD...Waterspouts, wind gusts in excess of 50 knots, and small
         hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Waterspouts can quickly form and capsize boats...damage
         vessels and oil rigs...and create suddenly higher waves.
         Boats could suffer signifficant structual damage in high
         winds. Small craft could capsize in suddenly higher waves.

Locations impacted include...
Louisiana Offshore Oil Port and Southwest Pass Of the Mississippi
River.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Dangerous high winds and suddenly higher waves are expected! Seek
shelter or move to safe harbor immediately!
