a line extending from 13 nm southeast of Timbalier Island to 62 nm
south of Southwest Pass Of the Mississippi River, moving southwest at
25 knots.
HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
suddenly higher waves.
Locations impacted include...
Grand Isle and Louisiana Offshore Oil Port.
