...A CLUSTER OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE WATERS...

  Coastal Waters from Stake Island LA to Southwest Pass of the
  Mississippi River from 20 to 60 nm...
  Coastal waters from Pascagoula Mississippi to Stake Island
  Louisiana out 20 to 60 NM...

At 726 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated a cluster of strong
thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots and weak
waterspouts. This cluster of thunderstorms is generally located 37 nm
southeast of Pilottown, moving east at 15 knots.

Mariners can expect widespread gusty winds to around 30 knots, higher
waves and dangerous lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe
harbor immediately until this activity passes.

Brief, weak waterspouts are possible with this activity. Remain on
alert in case warnings are issued for waterspout development.
