* At 601 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms,
  capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. These strong
  thunderstorms were located along a line from 12 NM southeast of
  Timbalier Island to 19 NM south of Empire, or along a line from 12
  NM southeast of Timbalier Island to 18 NM northwest of Southwest
  Pass Of the Mississippi River, moving southeast at 10 knots.

Locations impacted include...
  Louisiana Offshore Oil Port.
