.DISCUSSION...

Dry air is in place for the first half of this week with
minimum humidity values falling to 25 to 35 percent this
afternoon during peak mixing. Moisture levels should then
moderate for the second half of the week as winds turn
southerly and Gulf moisture begins to feed in. Fog
concerns should also increase in the second half of the
week. A strong storm system will bring another chance of
rain to the area on Saturday.

.REMARKS PERTAINING TO REQUEST...
1. There is a chance for patchy fog on Wednesday morning, especially near daybreak.
2. Min RH is forecast to be 31% this afternoon. It is within the
forecast margin of error that RH values could dip into the upper
20s during the peak heating of the day.
