.DISCUSSION...
Light southerly winds today will become more variable tomorrow as a
high pressure system parks directly over the area. The biggest concern
is the risk of some patchy fog formation around sunrise tomorrow morning.
This fog could turn locally dense at times and restrict visibility during
the ongoing cleanup operations. Fog is most likely to occur between 4 am
and 8 am. Otherwise, no significant weather concerns will impact
operations through tomorrow.
