.DISCUSSION...
Humidity values will be a bit higher today with minimum
RH falling to between 40 and 45 percent this afternoon.
Winds will be persistent between 5 and 10 mph with occasional
gusts to 15 mph from a generally east direction through the
day. Tonight, some humidity recovery is expected with
max RH values rising to between 70 and 75 percent. Winds will
decrease to around 5 mph and will shift to a more northeast
direction as a weak reinforcing backdoor front moves through,
so smoke concerns could drift closer to more populated areas
along I-10 in the early morning hours as a weak temperature
inversion forms. Any smoke will quickly mix out after sunrise.
Tomorrow will lower min RH values behind the front at between
30 and 35 percent. Winds will remain from the northeast, but
will increase to near 10 mph with gusts to 15 mph.
