.DISCUSSION...

Light winds and humidity values falling to between 55 and 60 percent
will occur later this morning into early this afternoon.  Thunderstorms
are expected to pass over the site between 2 and 6 pm.  These storms
will bring strong wind gusts over 30 mph, frequent lightning strikes,
and heavy rainfall as they move through.  Before the storms arrive,
hot temperatures with highs in the mid 90s and heat index values of
around 105 degrees can be expected.  Tonight will see the thunderstorm
threat quickly come to an end by 8 pm with clear skies and light
winds expected the rest of the night.  RH values will recover to around
95 percent, but fog is not expected to develop.
