.DISCUSSION...

Southeast winds will remain persistent at 10 to 15 knots through tonight.
This will keep a light to moderate chop and seas of 1 to 2 feet in place
through tonight.  Tomorrow, winds will decrease in speed slightly to
around 10 knots, but a light chop and seas of 1 to 2 feet will continue.
Conditions will remain dry at the area of operation through tomorrow.
Warmer temperatures will push WBGT values up into the mid 70s tomorrow,
so there will be a more elevated heat risk in the afternoon to take into
account.
