Fire Weather Planning Forecast for S MS and SE LA
National Weather Service New Orleans LA
651 AM CST Wed Feb 12 2025

.DISCUSSION...

Over the next few days a wet pattern is in store for the region,
which will limit critical fire weather concerns in the short
term. Additionally, more shower and thunderstorm activity is becoming
increasingly likely for the upcoming weekend as well. Drier conditions
will develop by early next week as a high pressure system builds in from
the northwest.
