Fire Weather Planning Forecast for S MS and SE LA
National Weather Service New Orleans LA
324 AM CST Sun Feb 23 2025

.DISCUSSION...

A surface low will move east through the northern gulf today.
This will generate widespread showers across the region. On
the backside of the low slightly drier conditions will filter
into the region to start the new workweek. However, RH and
winds will stay above critical thresholds through the period.
