.DISCUSSION...

Rain chances will continue today, but coverage much less than
yesterday. Winds will also weaken and transition to a more
southeast direction. Patchy fog will be possible this morning and
again Wednesday morning, especially along and north of Interstate
10/12. A drying trend develops by late in the week, with minimum
humidities falling to 45 to 55 percent in most areas by Friday.
Some areas could see minimum humidities fall below 40 percent
over the weekend.
