Fire Weather Planning Forecast for S MS and SE LA
National Weather Service New Orleans LA
332 PM CDT Sat May 24 2025

.DISCUSSION...

Relative humidities will remain near or above 50% for the next
several days in most areas. The weak gradient wind flow will also
be more susceptible to diurnal fluctuations as a result of sea
breeze or other weak boundaries. The potential for showers and
thunderstorms will gradually increase going into early next week.
