.DISCUSSION...

A dry area of high pressure will remain over the area through
Tuesday.  Winds will also be persistent from the south and
southwest over this time period.  Daily RH values will bottom
out between 40 and 50 percent each afternoon.  Wednesday
will see a weak front approach the area resulting in somewhat
higher rain chances and slightly higher minimum RH values of
between 50 and 60 percent.
