Occasional wave height is the average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum. .SYNOPSIS...Moderate northwesterly winds under an arctic airmass result in areas of heavier freezing spray over the northern portions of Lake Huron into Thursday morning. The lingering upper trough maintains these winds through Friday. A weak clipper, 29.90 inches, crosses the region Saturday offering light snow chances but only minimal increases in wind strengths.
