For waters beyond five nautical miles off shore on Lake Huron

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front brings showers and a few thunderstorms to
the region today and tonight. A cooler airmass then settles over
the Great Lakes to close out the weekend, with some lake effect
rain showers and the potential for a few waterspouts, mainly
Monday and Tuesday.

.SUNDAY...West winds 10 to 15 knots. A chance of showers in the
morning...then showers likely and a chance of thunderstorms in
the afternoon. A chance of waterspouts. Waves 2 to 4 feet.
.SUNDAY NIGHT...West winds 10 to 15 knots becoming northwest
15 to 20 knots in the late evening and overnight. A chance of
waterspouts in the evening. A chance of showers. Waves 3 to
5 feet.
.MONDAY...West winds 15 to 20 knots becoming northwest 20 to
25 knots late in the morning...then decreasing to 15 to 20 knots
late in the evening. Gusts to 35 knot gales. A chance of

northwest in the late evening and early morning...then decreasing
to 5 to 10 knots early in the morning. A chance of showers and
thunderstorms in the evening. A chance of waterspouts in the
evening. Waves 2 to 4 feet subsiding to 1 to 3 feet late in the
evening...then building to 2 to 4 feet after midnight.
