For waters beyond five nautical miles off shore on Lake Huron

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...Southern edge of northern Ontario high pressure, 30.30
inches, slides across the central Great Lakes through Thursday. A
secondary cold front passes southward through the region Thursday
night into early Friday before Plains low pressure arrives this
weekend.

.TONIGHT...Light and variable winds becoming northwest 5 to
10 knots late in the evening...then increasing to 10 to 15 knots
after midnight. Waves 2 feet or less.
.FRIDAY...Northeast winds 10 to 15 knots becoming light and
variable. Waves 2 feet or less.
.FRIDAY NIGHT...Light and variable winds becoming east 5 to
10 knots after midnight. Waves 2 feet or less.
.SATURDAY...East winds 5 to 10 knots becoming southeast 10 to
15 knots in the late morning and early afternoon...then becoming
east 5 to 10 knots early in the afternoon. Waves 2 feet or less.
.SATURDAY NIGHT...East winds 5 to 10 knots early in the evening
becoming light and variable...then becoming northeast 5 to
10 knots after midnight. Waves 2 feet or less.
.SUNDAY...North winds 5 to 10 knots becoming northeast 15 to
20 knots with gusts to around 30 knots late in the evening. Waves
2 feet or less building to 3 to 5 feet late in the evening.
.MONDAY...Northeast winds 15 to 20 knots becoming east 10 to
15 knots in the late morning and early afternoon...then becoming
northeast 5 to 10 knots early in the evening becoming east 15 to
20 knots by midnight. Waves 3 to 5 feet subsiding to 1 to 3 feet
early in the evening...then building to 2 to 4 feet by midnight.
.TUESDAY...East winds 15 to 20 knots decreasing to 10 to 15 knots
with gusts to around 30 knots . Waves 3 to 5 feet.

northeast after midnight. A chance of showers in the evening.
