1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...Cold front moves through the Central Great Lakes
today, allowing winds to shift to the northwest. High pressure,
29.90 inches, will reside over the region Saturday before a
deepening low pressure system moves through the southern Lakes
and ushers in an arctic air mass Sunday into Monday.
