Occasional wave height is the average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum. .SYNOPSIS...Central Great Lakes resides between a James Bay low, 29.30 inches, and Plains high pressure, 30.30 inches, through the first half of Friday resulting in stronger west-southwest winds. Glancing cold front then shifts flow to the northwest Friday as secondary high pressure, 30.40 inches, centers over the Great Lakes by Saturday morning.
