Occasional wave height is the average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum. .SYNOPSIS...Strong southerly winds develop tonight ahead of low pressure, 29.30 inches, moving through the northern Great Lakes tomorrow. Brief gusts to gales possible over the open waters of Lake Huron early Friday morning. High pressure will reside over the region Saturday before a deepening low pressure system moves through the southern Lakes and ushers in an arctic air mass Sunday into Monday.
