Occasional wave height is the average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum. .SYNOPSIS...Northeast wind prevails through Wednesday and Thursday as high pressure builds in across the northern Great Lakes and Tropical System Erin tracks offshore of the eastern seaboard. This high passes overhead Friday before the next cold front arrives on Saturday.
