For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Erie

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...
Low pressure 29.80 inches will drag a cold front south across Lake
Erie early this morning. The front stalls near the Ohio River
Valley on Monday. Low pressure 29.80 inches over the Upper Midwest
will lift a warm front across the lake on Tuesday before high
pressure 30.00 inches builds across the Great Lakes region late
Wednesday through the end of the week.
