Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...
Arctic high pressure of 30.20 inches builds over Lake Erie
tonight but is quickly weakened as low pressure 29.70 inches
tracks through the Upper Great Lakes on Tuesday. This low lifts a
warm front across Lake Erie early Tuesday followed by a cold
front late Tuesday. The next cold front crosses Lake Erie
Wednesday night before strong arctic high pressure 30.30 inches
builds overhead Thursday and Friday.
