Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...
A trough averaging 29.90 inches will linger into Wednesday,
followed by high pressure 30.00 inches. A cold front will then
cross the lake Thursday, followed by building high pressure 30.00
inches for Friday into Saturday.
