Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...
A trough averaging 30.10 inches will then linger across Lake Erie
into Thursday. High pressure 30.40 inches will build into the
Ohio Valley by late Thursday and linger into the weekend. Low
pressure 29.70 inches tracks across the Mid South on Sunday,
followed by high pressure 30.10 inches building back into the
region on Monday.
