For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Erie

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...
High pressure of 30.00 inches over the Central Great Lakes will
shift east into Quebec tonight. Low pressure of 29.70 inches will
move through the Ohio Valley on Sunday, lifting a warm front
towards Lake Erie. This is followed by a weak cold front Monday
evening. High pressure 30.10 inches builds into the Ohio Valley
by midweek.
